Gloss starts with seven free days, so you can decide before you pay.
During the trial
Cancel before the seven days end and you are not charged.
After you are charged
You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period. We do not refund the unused part of a period, unless the law where you live requires it.
Charged by mistake
If you were charged in error, write to us and we will put it right.
